Under Nigel’s expert guidance, you will learn a variety of techniques using mediums such as pencil, charcoal, pen and ink, watercolor, acrylics, and gouache. The course will take place in well-lit studios within the main house, providing a conducive environment for unleashing your creativity. If weather permits, you can also enjoy the vast expanse of our private land for inspiration.

Nigel Overton, our experienced course tutor, brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the class. With a background in Drawing, Painting & Printmaking, Nigel has explored various media throughout his career, with a recent focus on acrylics. His deep connection with landscapes and seascapes informs his work, and he believes in the importance of drawing as a foundation for artistic expression.
