What type of accommodation will we be staying in?

Unless stated otherwise in the holiday description we use quality hotel accommodation. Over the years, we have built up close relationships with our accommodation partners and they are committed to making Wild at Art guests as welcome as possible.

Can I book a single room?

Our room allocation for small group holidays usually includes single rooms as well as double or twin rooms. Since many of our guests are solo travellers single rooms tend to book up quite early. Single rooms will be allocated on first come first served basis. In case of twin occupancy these will be same-sex. Most single rooms do incur a single supplement which is stated in the description and reflects the additional amount the accommodation provider charges us.

What if I need accommodation nearby or somewhere else in Scotland before or after the Wild at Art vacation?

Let us know your requirements when you’re planning your journey and we’ll be happy to reserve additional room nights at the accommodation we’ll be using on this trip, or with one of our other accommodation partners (if available).

Are meals included in the package price?

Breakfasts are always included in the package price. Other meals are included as stated in the trip description. Apart from the welcome dinner on the arrival night and farewell dinner on the last night we don’t always include dinner each night to give the group a bit more flexibility over eating arrangements. When dinner isn’t included we’ll provide information on available restaurants or book a table somewhere to dine as a group. Generally the group eats together but it’s completely up to you what you’d like to do.

Do you cater for vegetarians/ vegans/ guests with food intolerances or allergies?

Yes, we take allergies etc. seriously and will do our best to accommodate you. Please let us know at the time of booking what your requirements are and we’ll pass these on to the hotel or caterer.
