Have you ever tried making your own natural skincare? I've become more conscious of what I put on my skin and in one of our herbalist workshops with the fabulous Anna Canning I learned how easy it is to make a simple but very lovely facecream.

Doing something creative - no matter how little time you spend on it or what the result is - is good for the spirit. Even if you just do a 5-minute drawing or take a few photographs of interesting objects you find in nature.
